Registration for the new FMC 2020 is now officially open.
What is the FMC?
FMC is a unique international competition for creators of original film and TV music, for composers, bands, musicians, producers, soloists in instrumental, theater, electronic and gospel/Christian music, with no age limits and irrespective of nationality or country of origin. In the ‘Voice’ category, we do not require authored compositions, we are only looking for a “golden voice”.
Registration for the new FMC 2020 is now officially open. Choose one of the categories and enter your music! Awards worth more than €20,000 await you this year, more categories have been opened to you and an even larger and more prestigious jury is ready to hear you.
FMC 2020 contest categories:
1. Original music for the film KeramaBlue:
Do you want to test your music compositional skills and create music for a professional film? Do you already have experience in composing music for film? Do you want to show your talent in film/TV music? Then this category is right for you. Equal conditions for everybody, equal start, the same film. Each composition will be unique and original and it is entirely up to you how you will enrich the film in terms of music and sound. Registration form here
How to enter?

Fill in the registration form and pay the registration fee. You will receive a confirmation email with your unique ID number and a link where you can download the movie.
When your composition is complete, return to the contest website to the section upload music here: Fill in your name, enter the ID code and upload the music track for the film in mp3 format. After a successful upload, you will receive a confirmation email. The follow our website and social media for info updates and wait for the official evaluation.
2. Original film/TV music composition:
Do you have compositions suitable for film/TV ads or videogames in your portfolio? Has your music been part of a TV/film work? Join the previous winners. Registration form here. Watch the video of last year‘s winner here
Or Enter your Films (short,feature,animated,documentary etc.) or Videos with original music.
How to enter?
You can enter any number of compositions into the competition by filling in the online form, paying the registration fee and uploading the composition in the registration form.
Compositions and songs, will be accepted exclusively in mp3 format with full details of the song and authors in the registration form.
Music composition with a maximum duration of 6 minutes can be submitted to the contest. If your composition is longer, please, shorten it to the required total time in minutes before registering with FMC.
3. Instrumental music:
Submit your original instrumental solo compositions, band compositions, from live performance or studio recordings. You can enter any style of instrumental music. An original relaxing instrumental music composition is also welcome in this category. Registration form here

4. Electronic Music For The Film Perpetual Motion:

How to enter?

5. Original Theater Music:
This category is open to theaters with successful original music of their theatrical performances as well as to those who have already created, are creating or are interested in composing such music for theaters. Registration form here

Based on your suggestions, especially for this year of the FMC 2020 we open 2 categories:
6. Gospel/Christian:
Intended for solo singers, bands, choirs, music producers in this style. Traditional gospel compositions, contemporary, lofty, worshipped. Studio recordings as well as live performances from concerts, religious events, churches, improvised performances are welcome. Keep the total time in minutes, approx. 3 minutes. 7. Voice:
Let our prestigious judges hear your singing and compete with other singers of different styles and genres. This category is mainly about „you and your voice“. You can join the contest with any song/composition of your choice and you can sing in your native or foreign language. Send a composition/song or a sample of your singing and you are in.
